Dan promptly answered my call which was a 3 year old fridge breakdown. Nothing worked checked, plug fuse , power to plug which were working. He happened to be in the locality & managed to pop in within 20 minutes. Took him about about 20 minutes To diagnose the fault, which identified power going to the control unit which was the on the inside of the fridge but no power coming out the other side and ordered a replacement which he fitted two days later. Dan was Experienced knowledgeable, & polite & price very reasonable Ill have no hesitation calling him again for any similar issues on any other appliances Thanks Dan

Excellent service again. Dan has repaired my fridge freezer and oven. On both occasions, he was very professional, explaining the costs upfront and giving a two hour time slot to arrive. He is highly experienced in his role, I would definitely recommend him and, when required, would call on him again.

Dan came to my home did an excellent job from start to finish, he arrived promptly and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Throughout the visit, he were very friendly and professional, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
I was particularly impressed with how clean and tidy he kept the work area, ensuring everything was left in great condition after the repair was completed.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend this Dan's services. No hidden cost was up front from start to finish everything broken down step by step.

Dan came on the same day I contacted, diagnosed the repair, order the parts which arrived within 2 working days! All fixed and far cheaper and more convenient than replacing the washing machine. With working full time and with 4 kids I couldn’t have asked for a better service, totally professional and came recommended from a friend who has used also had the same fantastic service.

Dan has helped me out on two different occasions in the past 12 months and both times everything has been absolutely super. Speedy call out time, great communication, quick accurate diagnosis and both times he’s had the correct spare part in his van so no delay getting the machine fixed and working again. Amazing service, sent an enquiry late Sunday evening about oven issue.
Was contacted early Monday morning, and was able to fit me in later that afternoon.
Arrived on time with text information to keep me up to date on arrival time.
Diagnosed issue quickly, and luckily for me had all required replacement elements in the van.
Oven back up and working in less than 1hr.
Very tidy operation, and will definitely use and refer in the future.

I messaged Dan when my dishwasher stopped working. He replied straight away and gave me a suitable day/time he could come out to have a look with quote included. Happy to report, he came when he said and fixed it within half an hour, he certainly knows his stuff. Fully recommend 👍🏽
